Supporting you to live your most radiant and vitality-filled life feels like why I am here. (If you do work that comes from a calling, then you know what I mean.) Here is what is new at Health Matters Coaching.
Whether or not you are currently in contract with me for Health Matters Coaching, I’d like to tell you what’s what from my perspective. This will help you get the most benefit plus help you consider possibilities that can make a difference for you.
- I read one or two books per month, plus take on-going classes in a variety of health-related topics such as nutrition, anti-aging, food prep, disease-prevention, vegetarianism, coaching strategies, lifestyle options, etc. in order to continue to provide you with current, relevant how-to’s to ensure that you reach your goals. What does this mean for you? It means that we can work together from wherever you are on your own journey. Your progress will be unique to you and will reflect what you identify as what you most desire if you knew you would not fail. (I read these books and take these courses so that you don’t have to. Paradoxically, I always urge you to feed your brain and continue to learn more. I wrote about this in a recent blog titled How to Eat Meat, which included some terrific resources.) Let me know if this is something you would like to know more about.
- Just like what I would want for you, my own choices around food continue to evolve. What does this mean for you? It means that you and I can get so real and so practical about how you can navigate the often confusing world of food and nutrition choices with me as your buddy and your guide. This does not mean that you have to give up chips, alcohol, or become a vegetarian. It does mean that you can move forward in your life with more confidence and feel terrific about yourself. I am making you a promise right here. If you will take a mere three weeks to try a new and improved approach to eating food, how you feel might be just the thing for you to get on and stay on track. If you try to upgrade your choices because you should, you might be at risk of not being able to stick with it. If you give yourself the astonishing gift of loving how you feel – after just a few weeks – you will have cracked the code and be blessed with the results. I can show you how to do this. Even if you are afraid, resistant, have tried this before, etc. Let me know if this is something you would like to know more about.
- We are putting together a residential program. What does this mean for you? My husband, Mark, and I believe that if you will come stay with us for about three days, we can inspire you by how we live on a daily basis. This will be available on a very limited basis, of course, as we can only accommodate one person or one couple at a time. I will share with you my life. Meditation and breathing; healthy meal prep; vitality-boosting home-cooked meals including recipes; growing and cooking with sprouts; daily refreshing exercise and stretching; relaxing on the chi machine; making homemade granola to take home with you; access to my abundant library; foodie movies; plus surprises to send you on your way at the end. Details will be coming very soon. Let me know if this is something you would like to know more about.
