There is a virtual plethora of information designed to educate and inspire you in the arena of health maintenance for optimal health. A nurse friend of mine who works in the hospital testing at risk pregnant woman asked recently –somewhat rhetorically — don’t women know about avoiding obesity She made this comment in response to her witnessing first hand the escalating obesity among pregnant women. This veritable crisis is what drives me to keep sharing this message. Surely, one more person will have an eye-opening experience. Someone with whom you share this will make better choices, at long last. One more person will choose a pathway that does not lead to diabetes and heart disease.

I came across this excellent website. It’s Maintaining a Healthy Weight and it is an informative, easy, and inspiring read.
