For some of you it is important to know what my qualifications are. I heard once that this is called a glossy bio – all the shiny parts of my training and work experience.
Frankly I find it more interesting to tell my story and how I honestly believe that I am on this earth to help people live brighter and better lives by improving their health. And yet, if you are reading this, it is important to you to know that I did not just fall off of a turnip truck.
The following chronicle is pretty accurate, to the best of my ability. It is not easy to describe a forty-five-plus career in the wellness field. I’ve trained, spoken, and taught on four continents, and have had more peak experiences than it is reasonable for one person to have.
But I am providing this to you in case this information is essential for you in choosing your Health Coach.
